Strong bones give us a
sturdy structure.
Red blood cells carry oxygen to all of the 50 trillion cells
in your body.
We need our muscles to move. Your heart is a muscle.
What Happens When We Don't Get Enough Nutrients?
Not enough calcium?
Not enough iron?
Not enough Magnesium?
Where Is Our Nutrient Supply?
Calcium is in oranges & cheese.
Iron is in tomatoes
and cabbage.
Magnesium is in bananas
and whole grains.
What Threatens Our Nutrients?
Choices.
Soil that is used again and again does not have a chance to get its nutrients back.
When forests are cut down
erosion moves the

Nutrition is Food that is needed for health and growth.
Calcium, magnesium and iron are needed for strong bones.
Iron is essential for building your red blood cells.
Magnesium is important
for muscles.
Your bones won't be strong.
This is one of those things that catch up with you later in life.
You may be anemic, have  impaired immune functions
or be tired.
Your heart and other muscles needs magnesium.
They won't work well without it.
Processed foods are convenient but don't deliver the nutrients like fresh food.
Calcium is good for your bones.
Iron is good for your
red blood cells.
Magnesium is good
for your heart and other muscles.
